Shipping and Fulfillment (The Dropshipping Process)

  1. Order Processing: After an order is placed on SmarkSuraksha.com, it is transmitted to the relevant third-party Supplier for fulfillment. Processing time (handling, quality check) typically takes [2-5] business days before shipment.
  2. Shipping Estimates: Shipping times are estimates and can vary significantly based on the Supplier’s location, the destination, and global logistics conditions. We provide tracking information once it is received from the Supplier. SmarkSuraksha is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen events.
  3. Title and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all purchased items pass to you upon the Supplier’s delivery of the products to the designated shipping carrier.
  4. Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their respective countries.

4.2 Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  1. Initiation Window: To be eligible for a return, the item must be reported to SmarkSuraksha Customer Support within [14 or 30] calendar days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition of Return: All returned hardware, tools, or equipment must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
  3. Supplier Mandate: All return policies are strictly governed by the individual third-party Supplier. We will provide you with the specific instructions, including the required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the Supplier’s warehouse address. Any item returned without an RMA or to the wrong address will not be processed.
  4. Return Shipping: Unless the product is proven to be defective or incorrectly shipped by the Supplier, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed after the Supplier has received the item, confirmed its condition, and notified SmarkSuraksha. This process can take [5-10] business days from the date of confirmation.
